02.18.14 frozen
I was a big Narnia fan as a kid. Remember how the White Witch turned Narnia to winter instantly? I have a mental picture of the river currents frozen mid-swirl by her spell. That’s what I’m reminded of looking at this picture. It’s an optical illusion how the water appears to be flowing from the drain spout and rippling in the pool below when, in fact, it’s frozen solid.

Thanks! I’ve been waiting years for my kids to get old enough for The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. My son is finally interested so I get to experience it all over again
sweet!!! I keep trying to read my children the books and the oldest is interested but the littler ones just refuse to sit long enough to enjoy!!! such an awesome story. deep and powerful. I’m truly glad to hear that people still have good taste!
