I often find inspiration in the weathered surfaces of the Handicraft Guild Building. Its worn and battered tumbledown beauty is full of surprises, like the sinuous patterns and rich colors of the plywood on a boarded-up window.

  1. I’ve been enjoying each day’s photo. It is amazing that weathered plywood can look like a close up a giant red wood tree, or a silky fabric, or the background of a copper fountain. That is great! The colors in this photo are so similar to the mushroom photo of yesterday. I love them!
