Dreaming of our own private Wonderland, we set out to create magical toadstools to grace our gardens. Now, all we need is the caterpillar. And a hookah.

  1. I have always loved bright colors and movement, like dancing its healing, relaxing fulfilling and challenging as well. The bottom line is the feeling and message that I want to convey through the medium. When I paint, every attempt is to capture the feel of warmth, passion, joy and bliss in none objective or figurative composition. I enjoy experimentation of different media and subjects.

  2. is this another Sawyer creation? I love it! If it is a Sawyer, does his teacher limit the color options, or does he do it all on his own?

    1. Actually, this one is by Brad! We had a famiy art-making activity, each with our own ceramic toadstool to paint. This is a detail from the mushroom cap, the primary color scheme is a groovy twist on the usual red with white polka dot version.
