This enduring pink is out of place in the blazing fall palette. The solitary blossom stands adrift in a sea of gold, an aging beauty queen fading petal by petal in the autumn sun.

  1. How lovely, the color is so beautiful isn’t it? I noticed the same thing in one of my gardens, the zinnia stands there as if to say, ” Yes, you guys don’t look too good, but look at me”.
