My second piece in the Open Water exhibition is pure summer in the city. It was taken at a public pool in Minneapolis on a scorching hot day. I always think of it as a beach ball melting into the water. It was that hot.
Lyric Center for the Arts is located in an old Opera House in downtown Virginia, MN. Open Water is a juried show celebrating the start of water recreation season in the Land of 10,000 Lakes (aka SUMMER). Opening Reception Thursday, May 3.
