Happy news from the Art on the Edge exhibition I posted last week. I was honored to have all three of my submissions accepted into the 8th Annual Juried show at the Edge Center for the Arts in Bigfork, MN. What a treat to visit this gallery- an amazing little gem on the edge of the wilderness!
We extended our stay at the lake a couple extra days so that we could attend the opening. I’m so glad we were there in person to meet Juror, Laura Goliaszewski, Director of the Talley Gallery at Bemidji State University, and to accept the wonderfully unexpected surprise of winning first place for two-dimensional art! The winning piece is one of my favorites, and one you’ve seen here before:
Bicycle (Vélo) Under Glass
